 It can take between 2-5 days for your order to be shipped. We will inform you about the exact time via e-mail. 

Outside the EU, additional customs or import duties will be charged once a package reaches the destination country. These costs must be borne by the recipient of the shipment. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs and cannot provide detailed information about the amount of the costs, as customs regulations and import duties vary greatly from country to country. Please note that your package may be delayed by customs, and fees may be incurred for the same reason. We are unable to specify the reasons for the delay of your package or the duration of the delay.

You can return your order, provided it is undamaged and in its original condition, within 14 business days of receiving the shipment. Please email us if you wish to return your order. The return will not be covered or managed. The customer is fully responsible for the return.

The refund will be processed within 3-4 business days upon receipt of the return.
